How and when your order ships.
Processing time
We process orders on weekdays. Once processed, your order goes to our warehouse or one of our partner warehouses, whichever is most efficient. It takes 1–5 days to ship your order from the warehouse.

Transit time counts from the day the order ships, not the day it is placed. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Suggested carriers include UPS Ground and USPS Priority; carrier choice is not guaranteed.
Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order ships. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to update. If you do not see the shipping confirmation within 1 business day, please check your junk/spam or promotions folder. Please provide a valid email address so we can send tracking.
We cannot be held accountable for delays caused by the carrier. Any damage or shortage should be reported to the shipping company immediately. If an address is undeliverable and the package is returned to us, shipping will be charged again to resend it.
International duties & taxes
Orders shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are not included in the shipping fee and are charged when the package reaches your country. We are not responsible for duties, taxes or other charges levied by customs.
